About me………
I have always been interested in complementary therapies and natural healing. After taking my daughter to a homeopath some 20 years ago and seeing the almost instant response to such a gentle treatment, I was absolutely convinced that your body can heal itself given the right conditions.
During a long career in IT I decided to follow my heart and study what were then called ‘alternative’ therapies in my spare time. I began studying holistic massage and then aromatherapy; I started a successful practice in my spare time but had a nagging feeling that I was still ‘missing’ something.
It was around this time I started to suffer from stomach problems and was diagnosed with severe gall stones. Whilst recovering from surgery I started to research why and how gall stones were formed and came across Natural Nutrition and the ‘missing’ something fell into place.
I began studying Natural Nutrition and a whole new world was opened to me, after 3 years and lots of hard work, I qualified as a Naturopathic Nutritionist. Whilst practicing nutrition I have seen the remarkable changes made to clients lives, sometimes in a matter of weeks and often from quite simple lifestyle changes.
Although I specialise in Natural Nutrition my treatment menu includes the following natural therapies :
